Isabel Flynn is a mum of three girls and a proud nana of two girls and a boy, now living with her husband on the Gold Coast, Queensland. A retired counsellor and teacher, she keeps busy writing fiction for children and adults, along with short stories and family history on her blog.

When her children were young, she started a much-needed and successful playgroup for mothers, toddlers, and preschoolers in a regional town of Western Australia. Later, she assisted in the local primary school library in Tasmania.

Isabel has poems and flash fiction published in anthologies and continues to enjoy sharing stories with readers of all ages.
